1. Is my date available?
Always confirm availability first.
2. Do you have a minimum number of services?
Many on-location artists require 4-6 services to travel.
3. Is a trial run included?
Never skip the trial! Find out if it's extra.
4. How many artists or assistants will you bring?
Crucial for keeping a big bridal party on schedule.
5. How long per person, and what time do you start?
Work backward from your first photo.
6. Do you charge travel fees?
Is there a mileage rate for venues outside the metro?
7. Airbrush or traditional makeup?
Ask about the longevity and finish of each option.
8. Are lashes included?
Often an add-on or part of the bridal package.
9. Will you stay for touch-ups?
Can you hire them through photos or the ceremony?
10. What is the deposit and payment schedule?
Most vendors take 25-50% to hold your date. Get the balance due date in writing.
